Perfect little Cocoa Beach crash pad.
I stayed here solo and it was exactly what I needed. The studio is definitely small, but not in an uncomfortable way — just the kind of place that makes sense when you’re surrounded by so much to do. It’s clean, comfortable, and an easy spot to land, shower, and recharge.
You’re steps from the beach and close to everything in Cocoa Beach, so most of the time you’ll want to be out exploring anyway.
If you’re looking for a simple, cozy place in a great location where you can sleep well and then get right back to the beach, this spot totally delivers.

This place is everything it shows in the picture. The beach was right there and it was only minutes away from the cruise line. If you like taking long hot showers, sorry to disappoint you but it won’t happened and there is no tv in the bedroom but other than that, I would definitely stay here again. Five stars for sure.

We enjoyed staying here and being so close to the beach. A sunrise walk to the beach was lovely, and we were able to park at the apartment before checkin time and walk to the pier for lunch (parking at the pier was expensive). The apartment was cozy and we appreciated the closet of beach toys (particularly the boogie boards) and the beach towels. I appreciated quick text responses to my inquiries. It was a little more rustic than other places I’ve stayed (no dishwasher, laundry is coin operated and shared with the complex, bedside table is just a folding table with cloth on top, ac is great but I wished I could have opened windows and enjoyed the cool evening air instead), but I think the price and location probably called for a little cut in luxury.
